With the continuous progress of society,technology and economy,the rapid development of highway in our country at the same time,the traffic accident have become the bottleneck of traffic safety management.In a large number of regional highway take short,long-distance transport,at the same time,increasing travel demand and traffic safety increasingly accurate projections.The accident duration,on the basis of reasonable scope after the accident,according to the different influence to develop traffic organization of the right way,is to ease the scene of confusion of the traffic flow,increase the rescue efficiency,reduce two accidents and effective way to ensure the smooth operation of the vehicle.Therefore.Therefore,it is very important to determine the duration of the accident and its impact on the safety management of the highwayFirst of all,this paper collects the accident data of a freeway in China,analyzes the distribution characteristics of the accident,and studies the general rule of the accident durationSecondly,through the establishment of MINITAB statistical distribution of incident duration prediction model based on the discrete duration.The probability of integration,in accordance with the discrete sample duration accident probability model,and predicts the road accident duration;the traffic wave theory,to predict the duration of accident as the support,consider the actual situation after the accident the traffic wave in the transmission queue model and determine the effect of establishing the accident area.Finally the correctness of the model was validated by accident prediction and theduration of the traffic flow obtained by the scope of the accident spread length,and the formulate different organizational measures;after the two development of the VISSIM software to simulate the operation of traffic accident conditions,and in accordance with the the output of the simulation parameters established by accident prediction of queue method and organization improvement measures are analyzed. |
