In order to achieve the purpose of rapid construction,production factory,economic and environmental protection,developed a new type of floor system-detachable formwork with steel bar trusses,which welds the lower level of longitudinal reinforcement and bending forming diagonal steel,steel truss and formwork through a special of the connection,form a structural system can afford wet concrete and construction load during construction;in the normal stage,the reinforcing steel bar truss as reinforcement of concrete slab,able to use under load.This will not only retain the advantages of the traditional floor system,but also can effectively avoid its shortcomings.The biggest advantage is that the use of the stage can be removed at the end of the template,recycling up to 30 times;if not removed,can be used as a ceiling decoration.In this paper,the static loading test of 20 detachable formwork with steel bar trusses were carried out to analyze the variation of the deflection and the strain of the steel with the load,and gave the main influencing factors of the force performance.At the same time,the tensile test was carried out,the damage characteristics and tensile strength of the 18 connecting members were mainly studied,and the recommended values of the strength of the connecting parts were put forward.Based on the test,the flexural rigidity of detachable formwork with steel bar trusses was analyzed by using the load-deflection curve method and the limit bending moment method.Compared with the theoretical calculation,it was found that the limit bending moment method was suitable for the detachable formwork with steel bar trusses.And the relationship between the bending rigidity of the different-sized steeltruss plate was established,which provided the reference for the actual production test.In this paper,the construction stage,the simple or continuous(two-span)under the support of the maximum unsupported length,and proposed a large span under the deformation of the larger solution.The bending behavior and influencing factors of elasto-plastic stage were studied by 2 reinforced concrete truss static loading test and finite element model analysis.And the formula of ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete was modified,and the calculation formula of ultimate bearing capacity was put forward.The flexural rigidity of reinforced concrete truss concrete slab was analyzed by normative and effective moment method.Compared with the experimental value,the method was suitable and the formula of bending rigidity was put forward.
