The new wheel buckle type of steel formwork support,which is a new type steel support frame.It has been widely used in construction projects because of its convenient and quick connection,no moving parts and good economic benefits,and has broad prospects for development.But there are many imperfections in the scientific research of this steel support frame,the safety performance is difficult to guarantee,and it brings some risks to the actual construction safety.In order to better understand the bearing capacity of the new wheel buckle type of steel formwork support,the bearing capacity experiment study of full scale horizontal and vertical pole are carried out in this paper.At the same time,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the numerical results.And then,compare the results of finite element analysis with the experimental results.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the existing node theory analysis method of the formwork support and the introduction of semi-rigid connection theory,a node theoretical analysis model for the research of the bearing capacity of the new wheel buckle type of steel formwork support is established;The stability theory of pole and the main calculation methods of the existing support are analyzed,and the theoretical basis of the stability analysis of the new buckle type of steel formwork support pole and the calculation method of the formwork support are confirmed.(2)The mechanical property tests of the new wheel buckle type of steel formwork support horizontal pole are carried out,including horizontal bar bolt tension test and horizontal bar bending test.According to the experimental data,the P-Δ curve and its fitting line are drawn,and the ultimate bearing capacity and the form of failure under eccentric tension and horizontal bar bending are obtained,it is considered that weld quality is the key factor to ensure the bearing capacity of horizontal support of formwork support.(3)The bearing capacity experiments of the new wheel buckle type of steel formwork support vertical pole are carried out,the vertical pole wheel compression test includes three kinds of working conditions(the center pole wheel,edge pole wheel,angle pole wheel),vertical pole sleeve shear test and the pole(single and double)test of bearing capacity and stability.According to the experimental phenomena and experimental data,the P-Δ curve is drawn,and the failure forms of the wheel compression,the sleeve shearing and the vertical pole instability are obtained,calculat vertical pole stable bearing capacity reduction coefficient and vertical pole length correction coefficient η.(4)The finite element analysis of the new wheel buckle type of steel formwork support and the bearing capacity of the vertical pole is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the results of finite element analysis are compared with the experimental results,to identify the feasibility of the simulation analysis using the finite element software ABAQUS and the reliability of the experimental data each other,at the same time,to determine vertical pole stable bearing capacity reduction coefficient and vertical pole length correction coefficient η.
