| Currently,cities have developed with a rapid pace.The enormous modernization process urges urban landscape design to promote toward a new orientation.Looking at public space in recent cities,landscape design and construction devote more attention to the visual Landscape system,and ignores the profoundness and width of landscape design based on people-oriented system.Voice and sound,which are the indivisible component of urban space,exists and prongs every single places of our cities.It is like the back music of our daily life,which cannot be shut down anyway.In this background,this paper tries to seek the mechanism of existed and potential soundscapes in recent public space.In the first instance,by analyzing multiple green landscape node in existing urban green space,describing the acoustic ecology of cities tersely,and sum up,collect,and analyze the types,spaces,activities,and psychology of vocal elements which can contribute to public landscape.This thesis will begin with the basis of soundscape design – the elements of vocal landscape and elaborates the problems of features and function in terms of soundspace through classifying and generalizing.In the next place,researching the changes of behavior’s perception under diverse voice effects in differently functional space,seeking the effects of climates,seasons,or other variable factors that can affect soundscape,sum up the limited factors in a landscape analyzing the interactive relationship between voice landscapes,and analyzing the relationship between soundscape and space.For the second time,base on this,trying to find the answer of how vocal elements contributes to the idea in landscape design system,and concretely applied approach in normal formulas of design.To avoid staying at making up the soundscape in publicspace simply,enhancing the carefulness and flexibility of the choosing,matching and using of vocal elements is not only for better sensatory experience of audience,but expecting vocal elements which is a portion that cannot be ignored can be utilized,interacted,and varied better in space structure.In the end,this paper will base on theoretical analysis.Using Chinese and oversea public landscape cases as subjects,collect and classify existing vocal elements in public space,distinguish the potentially favorable vocal elements;researching and analyzing the vocal elements in different functional and positional landscape areas.Thereby,concluding the effects of vocal elements in landscapes from the research I mentioned above.Summarizing the limitation that confine vocal elements to take their effects in landscapes,trying to untangle the mechanism inside it,then analyzing and altering the design.As the opening gambit,looking forward to providing concrete reference and ideas of design and alteration in terms of soundscape in public space,and give new ideas that contribute to making a vocal environment in urban green space. |
