This research course is the Foshan area for energy saving glass enterprises monitoring and analysis of power system,in the paper before the start of this research significance,industry development status,development prospects,and industrial energy saving status of monitoring data,analyze,collect and grasp.The feasibility of this paper,according to the development scale and formulate annual object work arrangements,selected glass products manufacturing enterprises five home in Foshan area as the object being monitored are: Nanhai District of Foshan City,East Glass Co.Ltd.,Nanhai District of Foshan City,Feng Hua Glass Co.Ltd.,Guangdong Huaxing Glass Co.Ltd.,Foshan Nanhai Huaxiong Glass Co.Ltd.,Foshan Nanhai Jianhua Glass Co.ltd..The research object is the object of this paper is to detect,for fully monitoring and analysis,in the monitoring of the implementation before: first,to understand the process of the production of glass products;second,to conduct research on the inspected unit,master inspection unit of electrical equipment information;third,planning of the monitoring work flow;fourth to provide technical support and logistics,fully prepared;fifth,the relevant data and the data collection should be fully arranged.To make sure that each monitored object data comprehensive,scientific,fair and reasonable,we each monitored object for monitoring the implementation of the programme,several key solutions: first,technology of monitoring system to analyze,extract the key monitoring points;two,according to the process and the actual production situation,determine the monitoring frequency;three,summary of the monitoring system,equipment and facilities,and formulate the monitoring rules.Fully prepared,will carry out a comprehensive monitoring,monitoring cycle each monitoring unit in 30 to 90 days after the end of the monitoring,analysis of data,summarize the energy problems,propose improvements to the relevant enterprises,all of the data and data compiled into a report,issued to the relevant enterprises.According to the report of the relevant enterprises to improve effectively,after improvement,we also continue to improve the tracking,verification of its improvement.The idea is to produce industrial glass products with power system as the specific research object,this work systematically about the validation of the monitoring model,establish a scientific,objective and comprehensive industrial energy saving power system monitoring system monitoring system.
