In the context of global energy shortage,environmental and climate issues and China's efforts to develop new energy power generation,taking into account the potential impact of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation on the safe and reliable power supply of power grid companies,the paper focuses on the grid-connected service process and its application of distributed photovoltaic power generation system.In this paper,the service flow of distributed photovoltaic power generation is designed,and the reliability evaluation and economic evaluation method of distributed photovoltaic grid are studied.This paper also evaluates and analyzes the reliability and economy of the distributed photovoltaic grid-connected system in Dongguan Power Supply Bureau.Firstly,the paper summarizes the current status of global energy consumption and the development of China's photovoltaic industry.The necessity of studying the distributed photovoltaic grid-connected system is analyzed.The paper sums up and analyzes the present research status at home and abroad,and studies the evaluation index and method of grid-connected photovoltaic generation system.Secondly,the process and the overall framework of the distributed photovoltaic generation project are designed.The main services of the grid-connected photovoltaic generation system include: applications of access to grid,project planning and review,engineering design and construction,project acceptance and operation,electricity subsidies settlement.In order to promote the orderly and coordinated development of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects,we design the overall framework of the distributed photovoltaic power generation project with different voltage levels to access the grid.Thirdly,the reliability evaluation and economic evaluation methods which are suitable for distributed photovoltaic power generation are studied.In the reliability assessment,the Monte Carlo method can simulate the stochastic factors such as weather and load.The Monte Carlo simulation method is used to design the reliability evaluation procedure of the distribution network with distributed photovoltaic power generation and energy storage system.In the economic evaluation,the principles and steps of cost and benefit analysis of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system using the whole life cycle method are studied.The net present value method is used to convert the cash flow to the decision-making stage in order to compare its economy.Then,based on the service process and evaluation methods designed,the application of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system in Dongguan Power Supply Bureau and its reliability and economy are evaluated and analyzed.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized,and the follow-up research work is prospected.
