In the process of water treatment, the tubular static mixer has the characteristics of saving drugs, small equipment and high efficiency. The two-way flow static mixer is a new type of tubular static mixing device, according to the special structure of new type static mixer, adopt the method of combining experiment and numerical simulation are studied, using the experimental data to give reference to verify the result of the numerical simulation, verify the feasibility of the numerical simulation, good mixing effect were obtained through the numerical simulation is the purpose of the operation condition of the lower energy of the structure of the two-way flow static mixer, concrete contents are as follows:First, the analysis of three kinds of two-way flow static mixer flow channel structure parameters of different experimental results show that the static mixer in two-way flow inlet pressure at 0.02 Mpa to 0.22 Mpa,the pressure drop 0.01 Mpa to 0.02 Mpa, show that the energy consumption of a new type static mixer is low.Second,The use of fluid dynamics software FLUENT, three-dimensional numerical simulation was carried out on the two-way flow static mixer, in fluid mechanics software establishment and three kinds of working condition of the same model, set up and test the same inlet pressure, fluid dynamics software is used to calculate pressure drop and flow, calculation has been completed, the results of numerical simulation were compared with experimental results, respectively adopted three k - epsilon model (model of standard k - epsilon, RNGk epsilon model, Realizablek -epsilon model) and two k - omega model (standard k - model and SSTk omega - omega model) was carried out on the two-way flow simulation and comparing with the test results, the results show that using the standard k - epsilon model flow within error range in 1.3% -6.07%, pressure drop error rainge remain within the 2.5% -10%, is more appropriate for the two-way flow simulation of static mixer, can be simulated under different working conditions.Third, The Euler model in the FLUENT software was used to simulate the solid-liquid two-phase flow. The two-phase flow static mixer was used to determine the effect of the two-way flow static mixer. Flow simulation, from which the mixing effect is good, low energy consumption of the static mixer, the flow channel structure parameters: the number components in the 6 groups, the angle of 75 degrees, the component distance of 13mm, component thickness of 3mm, The pore size is 9mm.
