Based on the analysis of existing mountain bikes and the study of female products, this paper finds out the ergonomics defects of existing mountain bikes and puts forward the improvement scheme of mountain bikes, meanwhile summarizes the mountain bike’s design steps and ergonomics the scope of the framework to determine the principle. A new type of mountain bike frame is designed with the aim of modern metropolitan bicycle. Through the evaluation of the comfort range of the human joint activities, ensures the comfort of the mountain bike when riding the joint activities, and through the human body size data designed cushion and handle. Secondly,the finite element method is used to analyze the static deformation and stress distribution of the frame, and ensure the safety performance of the frame. The results show that the design of the frame in terms of strength and stiffness are in line with the requirements to determine the structure of the largest stress in the site, and to change the wall thickness and change the shape of the way to optimize the frame, through the use of the same frame The influence of the material, the cross-sectional shape and the cross - sectional area on the strength and vibration of the mountain bike was analyzed by comparing the performance of the same material with the same material.
