The Avionics System plays an important role in the aircraft.With the development of China's aerospace industry,the function and fault detection of integrated modular avionics system(IMA)is becoming more and more important.The design and development of automatic detection system has been highly valued by the experts at home and abroad.The development of virtual instrument technology provides so fast and convenient ways that we can use the virtual instrument technology to set up various flexible automatic test systems to achieve the goal of sharing and using the hardware and software resources.Based on the research and development of the automatic control system of the aerial control board fault detection from one research institution of AVIC,this paper will introduce a kind of automatic control system.Through the method of comparison and research at home and abroad to build a test platform,this paper proposes a PXI bus chassis,PXI,optical fiber communication equipment,NI board,LabVIEW8.0 professional development board based on the universal platform of system control board fault detection and LM3S600 navigation,automatic detection and fault location of the platform can be realized.Ethernet as a medium transmit fault information to related staff,which helps staff to complete confirmation and troubleshooting work of the equipment fault from remote.This has brought great convenience for the engineers to complete the troubleshooting and maintenance work,improve the work efficiency,providing a good guarantee for the operation of avionics equipment.In the aspect of hardware designing,the test platform is designed on the basis of the test outline and the specific items to be tested.The NI board integrated basis for the hardware platform design,including LabVIEW based PC monitoring program development,PXI chassis and optical fiber communication suite selection,the test results of remote transmission design,information transmission media selection etc.For the new and old equipment to match between the circuit board,we designed a LM3S600 navigation control board as the core of the electronic load board to complete the function.In the aspect of software designing,the system software is designed and debugged in the LabVIEW8.0 professional software environment.The software interface can directly reflect the hardware configuration and the function control of the equipment,which can make the state machine and the system organically combine together,and then use LabVIEW to complete the work of the main frame of the software.Hierarchical call can get the test sub program module controlled dynamically,and the fault location query based on Access can locate the fault point quickly and accurately.At the same time,the system can analyze the data and display the results in real time.Remote transmission of test data can be achieved by LabVIEW Web Publishing Tool.The successful development and application of the test equipment has played a very positive role in the development of China's avionics system testing field.
