Fiber-optic gyroscope (FOG) is modified by laser gyroscope, it is the new generation of angular velocity sensor. FOG can be used for localization, attitude control and absolute direction measurement. It has played an important role in national economic and national defense construction. In recent years, our country attached great importance to the development and engineering application of FOG. The basic performance and quality of fiber-optic gyroscope depends on its performance indicators. Therefore, Development of a precision and functional parameters testing system is the important segment for the further development of the modern fiber-optic gyro.The performance of the three-axis FOG and single FOG and the function of the combination Gyro test system were introduced in detail. The two triaxial fiber-optic gyroscope and six coordinator fiber-optic gyroscope combined test system was designed by using LabVIEW develop software, NI-PXI hardware test platform, combining SGT320E multifunction three-axle table.The hardware unit design and system software design of this system were discussed in detail. The hardware unit circuit include voltage/current control circuit of gyro power supply, signal driven isolation circuit and panel logic circuit. The design of system software can measure the main factors of triaxial FOG and single FOG such as measuring range, scale factor and linearity precisely. The test results are saved in the shape of data files.The experiment results of the evaluation system of Fiber-optic gyro performance index show that the system is stable and high precision. This system can meet the design requirements and the test requirements about the fiber-optic gyro combination performance index.
