Railway Signal Detection System Based On PC And LabVIEW Technology

The railway is an important transport implement which has been used in national economic and domestic production of great significance. In recent years, the high speed railway technology is growing so fast and the inevitable requirement of scientific and intelligent, the railway signal system is essential which is to ensure train safe, efficient operation and scientific management. A railway signal test system based on PC information technology and communication technology have been designed in this paper allusion to the railway signal system that domestic and foreign. The system is focus of software and hardware, which is used PC as system platform, multi-technology fusion railway test and measurement in rail safe operation、rail-time control and rail test or variety of function.The test system is a sub system of railway signal that based on PC and LabVIEW technology, specifically, the test signal system is the block section. The cab signal automatically detection, equipment automatic failure alarm, the train receipts and payments times and numbers and other detailed information of signal system have been achieved in the system. The system focuses on railway signal detection in block section follows are the aspect that has been done:1. The current cab signal format、specs and requirement that established the design target of new cab signal with the virtual instrument technology of LabVIEW signal generate system have been pointed out in this paper.2. Analysis system of PC sound card,and through the sound card output. According the virtual signal generate system of digital signal,which is used sound card changed of analogy signal and output. It is disposed of track circuit system,the lamp displayed track signal which is fed with the track sensor.3.Received and tested from lamp signal in vehicle-mounted signal system, the real-time signal is transmitted of data-center computer through the wireless network.4. A wireless network based on PTR2000 transceiver integration data module have been designed in this paper, it is transmitted real-time data of the test railway signal and analysis with the center computer.5. The device for automatic system of railway signal to send and receive track signal have been designed in this paper. It is relatively and makes fault judgment, it can automatically record and generated data report in the real-time data of test system.The system is used practical application for six months in Xi’an motor train station, the test resulted the system consistently reliable performance、the information is accurate, the design conforms to theoretical analysis,and owns required design objective.
