As the development of civil aviation in China,the quantity of flights and airport constructions increases,both safety and terminal capacity become severe.Computer aided design for flight procedure is able to improve the design precision,so as to promote both safety and terminal capacity.Most impotantly,aided design could raise the design efficiency of flight procedure,which could support a rapid growth of airports.Through turning back to the design specifications and the design philosophy of flight procedure,a new direction for computer aided design was proposed.After a deep search of Doc8168,the design specifications document of flight procedure made by ICAO,the cause of wind spiral in turn segment was figured out in detail,and its models in mathematic and in computer were proposed;Some basic concepts like terminal area fixes were described in modelization;an algorithm in computer geometry was cited and applied in the calculation of the protection areas’ intersection.Then a general rule and 4 basic assumptions for instrument departure were proposed to guide the computer aided desigh practice;the rules for approach and OAS surface for precision approach are also described in the following.According to the design theory ever mentioned,an AutoCAD plugin was developed in practice to verify the theory.Anyone who wants to create an aided design system should verify the basic rules in the thesis and then follow the guidance.
