The safe and stable operation of transmission lines is an important guarantee for human life and social development.With the deterioration of the environment,it is common for transmission line wind deflection fault because of extreme weather.In order to ensure the safe operation of transmission lines,the study of wind deflection according to the specific environment has certain theoretical guidance and engineering practice value.Firstly,the wind deflection mechanism is analyzedandthe simulation mode of wind is constructed considering the dynamic performance of wind.The wind deflection angle is calculate by a rigid body model.Meanwhile this paper describes the mechanism of wind deflection from the Produce of problem of transmission line wind deflection,discharge path and accident.Secondly,in view of the shortage of natural wind environment in the construction of the project,several typical windproof side pull structures are compared and analyzed.Finally,based on the actual operation and maintenance of the transmission line in turpan area,the improved measures of windbreak are put forward.The effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method is verified by the actual operation results.
