| The efficiency of airline troubleshooting is the key factor that affects the safety and operation of aircraft.So it is meaningful to build a virtual maintenance training system to improve the efficiency of the crew from the point of maintenance training.Excellent troubleshooting model is more conducive to the smooth development of the simulation system,and can improve the training efficiency.Most of the existing process models are complex,difficult to understand,poor in reusability and extensibility,and can not describe the complex behavior interaction in the process of troubleshooting.To solve the above problems and describe the maintenance and troubleshooting process,based on conclusion and reference of the existing model,taking the line maintenance troubleshooting process as the object,the maintenance troubleshooting process modeling method based on EATI is studied.In order to verify the feasibility and advantages of the model,the virtual maintenance training system is simulated.Main work as following:Firstly,the airline failure knowledge and failure process are analyzed by combined with specific example.In order to make the modeling process more objective,the key elements of the system simulation,simulation process,simulation requirement and the key problems in the modeling process are studied.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various process modeling methods,the advantages of EATI method are pointed out.At the same time,in order to describe the relationship between maintenance entities better and improve the EATI method,the relation(R)elements are introduced.Then,the EATI modeling method is combined with the UML modeling language and the class diagrams,activity diagrams,sequence diagrams are used together to model the entities,actions,tasks,and interactions during the troubleshooting process.A EATI template with reusability and extensibility is established.Combined with the classification method of maintenance task,the meta model of process is established according with the EATI template.The specific troubleshooting task process model is established according to the logical hierarchy maintenance tasks and the concept of model fusion.Finally,the simulation method of the virtual maintenance training system is studied,and the feasibility and advantages of the model are verified with the specific example. |
