| Maintainability is an important attribute of product design,in order to analyze and verify maintainability of equipment in design stage,equipment virtual maintenance process technology and virtual human maintenance simulation technology are researched in this paper.Starting with equipment project analysis,put forward equipment maintenance process elements,establish hierarchical model of maintenance tasks and the lowest level is maintenance posture.Study on quantitative indicators of maintainability,proposed maintenance disassembly time analysis method based on MOD and software simulation,modify the time by human factor analysis.Based on the theory of Petri Net,the process model of equipment maintenance is established,and the elements of maintenance process are expressed by the basic elements of Petri net.The constraints in repair process are modeled to form a hierarchical maintenance process model.Using XML language to transform the model from Petri Net,propose the transformation rules between XML and Petri Net to store maintenance process model.After modeling the virtual maintenance process,the virtual human modeling and tools modeling are studied.Analyze the influence of virtual human body size on maintenance verification,design the virtual human pose and motion based on maintenance task decomposition,and study the hand grasping type in detail.Put forward the tools classification method of equipment maintenance,establish parametric description model of tools.Based on the theoretical research,the simulation system for equipment virtual maintenance is designed and developed,and the function modules and operation flow of the equipment are introduced.The system is verified according to example of wheel replacement.The result shows that the system can support the simulation of equipment maintenance process,achieve the virtual human macro-control and tools management,and help equipment maintenance analysis and verification. |
