With the improvement of science and technology and economic level,people pay more and more attention to in all fields of the effects of dust particles in production processes.The application of dust particle counter is also becoming more widespread.Traditional dust particle counter is small,less test specifications,test,such as low precision and poor anti-interference ability.In this paper,according to the present situation of dust particle counter,this paper proposes a new dust particle counter control system based on STM32 100 l/min dust particle counter control system.The control system uses the STM32 processor to combine the particle sensor,flow sensor,variable speed fan and other modules to achieve the unit volume of the sampling air dust particles count.First,the variable speed fan is sampled from the sampling port,And then through the particle sensor to produce different sizes of pulse signals received through the processor and count,and then through the flow sensor to get the voltage signal through the processor to receive and get the specific flow size,and finally complete the dust particle detection.This article first introduces the development background of dust particle counter with the domestic and foreign research present situation,from the current of the defects in the dust particle counter points out the deficiency of the current domestic dust particle counter and development direction,and illustrates the research significance of dust particle counter.Then introduces the working principle of the dust particle counter and the working process,this paper expounds the system design of dust particle counter.And according to the scheme of system is put forward the technical index of the dust particle counter,and the operation process.This paper also focuses on the hardware and software design of the control system.First according to the functional requirements of the control system hardware module schematic design and presents a concrete analysis of the design ideas,and also introduces the principle of PCB layout and wiring.The main hardware modules are: power supply module,pulse classification acquisition module,datacommunication module,etc.Then according to the functional requirements of the dust particle counter and operation process for software design,software part based on C language programming,designed by adopting the idea of modularization.Software of main modules: pulse counting procedures,ADC acquisition program,human-computer interaction,etc.At the end of this paper,the control system is tested and debugged,and the complete dust particle counter is obtained by proofing,wiring and assembly according to the designed scheme.The hardware and software of the dust particle technology are debugged.After the commissioning is completed,the access particle generator is calibrated according to the national standard and the sampling result is checked.According to the results of the operation,the control system is accurate and stable.The technical specifications can be completed and the test results can meet the national standard.
