Design And Construction For The Pedestrian Blind Road And Crossing Blind Road Based On Vibrating Line On The Conventional Road

Blind people are representatives of vulnerable groups.In today's world,the care and help of vulnerable groups has become an important standard to measure the degree of civilization of a city or a country.How to make the disabled go out of the house safely and comfortably like normal people,to share the civilized world,has become a hot topic for researchers and an issue worthy of further studies.Blind road is the important traffic facilities at home and abroad city road system.Therefore,our country and the advanced countries have issued a number of laws and regulations and technical standards of the state on the blind road construction and application.In reality,blind road construction is mainly by laying blind road brick,but it is limited by the traffic infrastructure conditions of use,the blind road brick laying engineering conditions as well as cost.Both at home and abroad has yet built the blind road facilities that can cross by intersection or street on conventional road.However the construction of common brick-laying blind road is high cost and large laying influence surface.The demonstration of this research is in agreement with the demand of social and occupation facilities.Research of conventional road conditions and road intersection crossing the blind and the blind sidewalks and other transportation facilities to make up for the deficiencies of the existing traffic types of facilities and construction technology has been urgent.This paper,based on the research needs what has put up with above,through a large number of spot investigation and related laws and regulations,technical standards of the state and research and technology literature review,demonstrated and developed a construction equipment by using improved vibrating line to construct new blind road traffic facilities on the conventional road such as intersection street and pavement.This research through the design of blind road,equipment modification,the actual construction of the blind road and the blind test evaluation,based on technical standards in line with the blind construction of national construction technology and national technical standards,overcome the adverse effects of the high cost of construction and big project,can meet the needs of the blind to pass the road.This study has applied for a patent for national invention.
