With the advance of science and technology,the power electronics technology is applied to all walks of life with remarkable speed.DC/DC Boost transform is a good practical value for input current pulsation,simple structure,etc.The application of cross-parallel technology can further reduce the input and output current pulsation and decrease the volume of the converter.the two is coupled to a sense of independence of the inductance to reduce the number of components and the DC/DC converter volume,and improve the power density.then coupling inductance can further decrease the input/output current ripple,improve the efficiency of the converter.However,because of containing the crisscross of coupling inductance parallel Boost converter and its peripheral device of energy flow is complex,coupled inductor self inductance,mutual inductance and leakage inductance of the intrinsic parameters such as much and miscellaneous,the optimization design is difficult.Firstly,This paper analyzes the working principle of interleaved Boost converter,and the working principle of interleaved parallel Boost converter with coupled inductor were described in detail in this paper;Then put forward by Bool matrix expressed with coupling inductance interleaved Boost converter with peripheral device on-off state,summed up the invalid switch vector criterion effectively switch matrix into binary logic variables,established a continuous constant coefficient differential equations and state equations;then using the method of four-dimensional visualization,considering the coupled inductor volume,inductance,heat loss and other related parameters,the coupled inductor of energy flow,direct and indirect transfer between the inductor coils the energy flow in the indirect transfer factors,optimized the design of the coupling inductor,and made a kind;Finally the main circuit The experim ental results and simulation results show that the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.This paper has made efforts in building with coupled inductor interleaved Boost converter mathematical model and applied of visualization algorithm for optimal design of coupling inductance and other aspects of Boolean algebra,the method can also be used for modeling and optimization design of other power electronic power converter.
