Due to the wide application of photovoltaic,fuel cell and other new energy sources,a variety of high voltage gain converters have attracted extensive attention in the industry.This paper studies a high gain Boost converter switch based on coupled inductor(High Step-up Boost Converter with Switch-Coupled Inductor(HSBCSCI)),the boost converter is greatly improved compared with the traditional boost converter,and its special structure can effectively relieve the inductor current traditional coupled inductor boost converter current stress.The clamping diode improves the conversion efficiency of the converter by transferring the leakage inductance energy.In this paper,the characteristics of HSBCSCI converter under Continuous Conduction Mode(CCM)operation mode are described;the working principle,working process,step-up ratio,voltage and current relationship and work efficiency of converter CCM are introduced respectively.The working condition of the circuit in the current Discontinuous Conduction Mode(DCM)is mainly studied.The DCM dynamic model of HSBCSCI is established by using the method of state space averaging;the working principle of the converter is studied,and the voltage relationship among the parts is deduced.The factors affecting the circuit efficiency of the converter under current DCM are discussed.The circuit performance of the parasitic inductance of the coupled inductor and the turn-on voltage drop of the switch tube is studied,which lays the foundation for the quantitative design of the main circuit of the converter,which belongs to the steady state analysis of the circuit.On the basis of steady state analysis,the dynamic performance of the converter in DCM mode is studied.Analyze circuit dynamic modeling and mode analysis,and the small signal equivalent theory;small signal analysis model based on the converter closed-loop feedback control design,realize the dynamic adjustment,so as to ensure the stability and accuracy of converter.Finally,verified the HSBCSCI Saber software for circuit simulation and laboratory prototype based on 10 W,which proves the feasibility and reliability of the circuit,data and charts obtained simulation and experiment support the theoretical analysis of the more convincing.
