The detection technology of pulse peak voltage is a common problem in electronic measurement and other related fields.At present,the preceding stage of peak detection circuit(detector and preamplifier)and later stage(A/D converter)is extremely rapid development,as the development of peak middle bridge detection circuit is relatively slow,make it become the bottleneck in improving the performance of the whole system.Firstly,this paper from the principle of peak detection circuit,combined with the nature of the core element parameters,put forward the performance index of the peak detection circuit,and deduced the formula of the selection of reference peak detection circuit components,to provide a theoretical reference for the actual project selection or design of peak detection device.Secondly,based on the modular design,the design process and principle of the peak detection circuit are analyzed in detail.The influence of parasitic parameters of the components on the whole circuit is presented,and the corresponding control method is given.According to the theory of the design method described in this paper,two practical peak detection circuits are designed(the positive and negative peak detection circuit and narrow pulse peak detection circuit),the simulation analysis is carried out by using Saber software,the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,show that the proposed design method of peak detection circuit in this paper can be used as an important reference for the design of peak detection circuit.Among them,the narrow pulse peak detection circuit can maintain a narrow pulse signal for a long time.The first peak detection circuit has a small charging capacitance,and can quickly detect the narrow pulse signal;the second peak detection circuit of the charging capacitor is large,can be maintained the captured pulse peak for a long time.It solves the problem of selecting a charging capacitor in the traditional peak detection circuit design.The circuit can solve the problem that the peak voltage of the narrow pulse is difficult to capture accurately,and it can provide enough conversion time for the subsequent A/D conversion.Thirdly,based on the principle of the peak detection circuit,which is composed of transconductance operational amplifier and voltage operational amplifier,the theoretical analysis is carried out,the overshoot problem of narrow pulse peak detection circuit which is composed of voltage type operational amplifier is improved.Through Saber simulation analysis,the excellent performance of the peak detection circuit composed of the transconductance operational amplifier is obtained,which provides an important reference for improving the peak detection circuit.In this paper,the power supply of the operational amplifier of the peak detection circuit is studied,an operational amplifier power supply is designed.It can provide the common power supply voltage of the operational amplifier,and has the advantages of stable output voltage and low noise,and provides great convenience for the experiment of operation amplifier.Finally,in this paper,the ds PIC30F4011 chip as the control core,the external peak detection circuit,voltage regulator circuit,LCD module,SD card module,key detection module,design a set of peak voltage real-time detection system.The system can detect the four way voltage simultaneously,display and store the data in real time,and can be controlled by key to different operations,to provide a reference for the design of the peak detection system.
