| In recent years,the ship accidents occur frequently,and the accidents mostly are caused by destruction of the structure.Because of its special function,luxury yacht not only meets the needs of structural safety,but also meets the requirements of its functional layout.At present,the research on the structure optimization of luxury yacht is relatively less.Based on the construction of large luxury yachts Illusion as the research object,combining the optimization design theory and dynamic planning of ship structure,based on the finite element simulation software ABAQUS,relative size optimization,structural optimization and topology optimization.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the existing ship structure optimization theory and the finite element calculation theory are summarized;Secondly,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to create the model of the research object,and the corresponding load is loaded according to the relevant specifications,the finite element calculation is carried out by software related modulesThirdly,analyzing the results of the structural strength checking,and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme for the structural regions which do not meet the requirements of the material.According to the analysis,mainly put forward the following optimization measures:(1)The destruction of the structure caused by more porous of large span beam structure,through the creation of interdisciplinary "combined hole",and with proper web thickening measures to effectively increase the effective area of the beam structure;(2)Due to the lack of necessary support,bring about the lack of stability of long free end half shelter deck structure,creating the column support proper in the right position,the structural stability in the region increased effectively;(3)For the large deck opening area,premised that the deck staircase hole does not affect the use of the stair,the shape could be changed from square to round and the form of stairs could be changed to swivel ladder.The stress distribution in the area is improved effectively. |
