In China's several major transport systems, rail transport is the most important mode of transport. The AC power transmission locomotive is the industry's most advanced traction locomotive, compared to other modes of vehicles, Its advantages are obvious: good economic returns, traction horsepower, vehicle adhesion coefficient is high, locomotive use of high efficiency, smooth operation, the mainstream passenger and freight locomotives, our country has begun batch application.Through the research of Dalian Electric led the company developed the power of 9600 kW "North car Heart" and traction control system in harmony 2 Series AC drive locomotive power. In the "CNR Heart" HXD2 locomotive commissioning and use of the maintenance process, fault diagnosis and analysis of the locomotive to the commissioning and maintenance personnel and the use of the host enterprise segments bring some pressure and difficulty of the work. Commissioning and maintenance staff on the new system requires a certain knowledge and understanding of the learning curve, develop a process data visualization and intuitive, friendly interface and easy to carry, can provide data analysis support specialized HXD2 locomotive fault data analyzer.HXD2 locomotive network data analyzer is based on the investigative of TCN network control system, for the network topology HXD2 locomotive were analyzed and compared, design a device for fault analysis and fault diagnosis. And in the device selection, hardware production and software design for a detailed description, a fault data analyzer is proposed for vehicle applications. At last, the fault data acquisition and test of the completed analyzer is carried out in Ankang locomotive depot of Xi'an railroad.
