As the rotating machinery occupy a considerable proportion in the industrial sector power machinery,its operating state directly reduce the production efficiency and cause the safety of enterprise employees.The fault diagnosis and detection of the vibration is essential to its running state.At the same time,with the rapid development of computer technology and software technology,virtual instruments gradually replace the traditional testing instrument as the new direction of development of measurement industry.The most important is the development of modern rotating machinery complex intensifies,vibration signal generated in the process of the operation is clearly more complex.It is inevitable to use the traditional stationary vibration signal analysis method to diagnose the fault signal and to analyze the non-stationary vibration signal.Comprehensive above three reasons,the results of previous studies make further research and in-depth.Using data acquisition hardware and full of rotating machinery vibration signal on-line detection and off-line analysis system was developed with graphical g programming language LabVIEW software,for vibration of rotating machinery vibration signal analysis system research to make further in-depth and a contribution.This paper mainly introduces the theoretical research that are rotating machinery fault and analysis methods and characteristic signal of the vibration signal.It provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up research and development of the software system.So the emphasis of this paper is the development of the detection system and the off-line diagnostic analysis system based on LabVIEW for the verification of the corresponding experiment system.Based on the vibration signal theory and virtual instrument technology,the on-line detection system for vibration signal and the off-line diagnosis system are developed.The online detection system in addition to having the basic function of vibration signal and speed signal acquisition and data preservation,can make signal real time detection and corresponding signal analysis,such as time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis and analysis of orbit.And off-line detection system not only can carry out online testing analysis of online detection to acquisition of data and virtual digital signal,but also the signal mutual correlation analysis,peak in the frequency domain spectrum analysis,when a joint time-frequency analysis and order analysis.The key and innovation point of this system is the order analysis.The use of designing online detection of vibration test analysis system collect and analyze on vibration data of the rotor test rig,and the test verification and application of the off-line diagnosis and analysis system for the development.The vibration data of the rotor test rig was acquired and analyzed using developed online detecting vibration test and analysis system,and the developed off-line diagnosis system was tested by trial and applied,obtaining its spectrum analysis results,the axis track results and order analysis results etc.in steady and non-steady state.Through the simple analysis and comparison of the test results,the system is proved to be able to reach the requirements for the vibration signal detection and signal diagnosis of the rotating machinery.The advantages of virtual instrument in the field of rotating machinery vibration signal processing and analysis are fully embodied.
