Rotating machinery is the key equipment of electricity, petroleum, chemic and other sectors, vibration signal monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotating machinery is a prerequisite to ensure their safety in production. This paper mainly discuss the design and implementation of rotating machinery’s on-line monitoring system.Firstly, conducted to determine the overall system solution, use a multi-processor design work, and secondly, on the basis of the design of the system to determine hardware and software design. The hardware design is based on ARM processor LPC4337, including shared memory circuit, a processor circuit, LCD display circuit and keyboard control circuit design. Software is designed to work with the hardware, mainly divided into GUI graphical user interface, keyboard, control program, and data processing functions of the program. The vibration signal spectrum estimation algorithm for the resolution limitations of traditional performance of the algorithm performance and variance existed, a multi sine window spectral estimation algorithm to ensure that the spectral estimation variance good performance, and effectively balance the resolution spectral estimation contradictory performance and variance properties.The designed data processing unit in vibration signal’s on-line monitoring system is tested by using ARM development board LPC437. The test results showed that the development of ARM processor-based vibration signal processing and analysis unit to meet the requirements of the system of technical indicators, more sine window spectral estimation algorithm can balance the contradiction between the variance of performance and resolution of performance to the shared memory based communication way to ensure the efficiency of the data transmission between the various modules of the system, thus ensure the system in real time. |
