The effective implementation of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology for large rotating machinery,such as generators,steam turbines and metallurgical units,is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of units.Therefore,the safety condition monitoring of rotating machinery operation is the main way of equipment maintenance,and extracting the state characteristics of rotating equipment is the prerequisite.Finally,a complete and multi-method online monitoring system for rotating machinery operation safety is developed.The online monitoring system takes the large rotating machinery as the research object.Aiming at the online monitoring of the running state of the primary fan in a heat source plant,the state characteristic parameters of the rotating machinery equipment are studied according to the actual needs.Combined with the previous research results,the existing rotating machinery fault analysis method is improved by taking the well-known online monitoring system at home and abroad as the reference.A set of lower computer hardware acquisition and operation system with DSP as the core is proposed,and a set of upper human-computer interaction system for online monitoring of rotating machinery is developed on the PC side.The lower computer software adopts Code Composer Studio V6.0(CCS6.0)integrated development environment,integrates various algorithms such as time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis,time-frequency domain analysis and weak signal analysis,and analyzes and processes the collected vibration signals of rotating machinery.The lower hardware selects TMS320F28335 DSP as the core processor,and uses Altium Designer10 software to design the corresponding data acquisition circuit,data processing circuit,data transmission circuit schematic diagram and PCB design.Realize the analysis of the main algorithm to improve the overall rapidity of the system.In the environment of Visual Studio 2012,the PC software uses C # language to develop the human-computer interaction interface,and designs the communication with the DSP interface to realize the information interaction between the upper and lower software.Finally,the collected signals are displayed in the form of charts in front of the users.At the same time,the PC also has the functions of data display,storage,query and upload.In the test part,a time-frequency analysis method is selected,and the improved empirical mode decomposition method is used to analyze and diagnose the vibration signal of the primary fan,and the fault characteristics of the monitoring equipment are obtained.The on-line monitoring system for rotating machinery operation safety developed in this paper verifies the algorithm through experiments.In actual applications,it is connected to the vibration signal of a primary fan of a heat source factory for testing and analysis.According to the test results,the main problems of the equipment are analyzed and realized through testing.The system software and hardware reliability,degree of automation,and operating efficiency were tested to meet actual needs.
