Diaphragm pump is designed with the improvements of reciprocating pump,equipped with diaphragm at the fluid end,which separate transmission medium from elastic deformation of the diaphragm parts.It has simple structure and can transform high temperature,high corrosion of solid-liquid two phase medium material and high viscosity fluid efficiently and reliable in the field of long-distance high-lift pump's delivery.In our country,diaphragm pumps started late,and the key technology with many problems need to be solved Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the diaphragm pump performance.This paper takes "diaphragm pump crankshaft structure improvements and the analysis of lubrication system "as the main research content,and take "The crankshaft bearing replacement,structure size optimization design,the influence factors of lubricating oil road in order to reduce diaphragm pump structure size and achieve lower costs "as the desired effect to conduct a comprehensive analysis on the diaphragm pumps.This paper firstly introduces the working principle and characteristics of diaphragm pump,analyzing the slider-crank mechanism model and using the software MATLAB do simulation analysis;Using Creo2.0 draw the 3D model of diaphragm pump and using the mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS do virtual prototype simulation analysis,to determine the kinematics and dynamics parameters on diaphragm pump.By comparing two kinds of simulation results,we acquired the load of each component in the situation,providing the loading basis for the crankshaft structure improvement,bearing replacement.Using the ANSYS Workbench software solve the crankshaft in the rolling bearing situation and in diifferent support conditions in finite element static analysis,determining the crankshaft strength and stiffness are promoted by increasing the support,which provide foundation for bearing replacement;Design the sliding bearing and verify the reliability of the bearing material and determine the bearing clearance;Building the crankshaft-sliding bearing finite element analysis model do the finite element contact analysis,determining the feasibility of bearing replacement;redesign the connecting rod and carry on static analysis.Finally,we design lubricating oil road under the working condition of sliding bearing,and use the Fluent software module in the ANSYS Workbench to emulate fluid dynamics lubrication system,analyzing the influence factors of oil lubrication system.It can provide certain reference for the future optimization design.
