Equipment manufacturing industry has put forward higher requirements for the overall automation level and energy management. In order to improve the degree of factory automation and promote the energy efficiency of enterprises, the factory energy management system is built to make the automatic control system operate efficiently and energy-saving.My subject took the design and implementation of a machine tool plant energy management system as the background. Building energy management system to achieve optimal centralized management, energy consumption analysis, energy consumption statistics, energy storage, energy consuming equipment management and energy saving. I participated in the analysis of the energy management system requirements, the overall structure of the system planning, function setting, specifically involved in the design of the air compressor station control and data acquisition, The electric power data acquisition system, After-heat recycle and bathroom water supply system.The main contents of my paper are as follows: 1. The status quo, development trend and practical value of energy management system in equipment manufacturing industry are summarized. 2. The design requirements, system functions, system structure and abstract structure of energy management system are analyzed. 3. Control and data acquisition of air compressor station subsystem, including equipment selection, network structure construction, communication program design of PLC and air pressure station, etc.. 4. Build low voltage power distribution network, select smart meter, design low voltage distribution electrical schematic diagram, completed the power data collection of low-voltage distribution system. 5. After-heat recycle and bathroom constant pressure water supply control system were built to complete the after-heat of air compressor station, as well as constant pressure water supply control of domestic water. 6. Analyze the data collected by various instruments, unify the communication interface and specify the format. SIEMENS PLC is used as data acquisition device to collect field data and realize local cache of data.At the same time, it can transmit data to server in real time, so as to improve data reliability.7. Build the centralized monitoring system of energy equipment, visualize the energy production scene through the monitoring screen, and monitor the production process of each subsystem intuitively and in real time.
