The CRH3 EMU technical platform is one of the highest speed and the most complex platforms that China has adopted and upgraded by secondary innovation. The platform has a lot of Man-Machine interaction like data downloading and software reset during onboard trouble shooting and workshop maintenance. But the service software uses foreign language,it needs to select the function menu step by step, and the operators have to input a lot of specific parameters of the sensors in software diagrams which need to be monitoring The Operation is relatively complex. Besides, because the process of dealing with the data has a lot of possibilities, it is really hard to implement standardized and the log monitoring of the work. All kinds of data has been mixed and disorderly piled up .it is hard to elaborate the power of further data analysis.To solve this problem,this paper puts forward the new idea that "batch file" can make great influence. According to the principle of computer programming, it premade high frequency command and specific parameters in to a pack that is identifiable by the onboard computer. Then it can be imported when necessary during man-machine interaction. By this way, it directly focuses the final function, avoids the tedious process for the operator.Under the reality that the absence of basic technical information of service software platform,the author describes the grammar of batch file that fulfill the field needs by using the method of semi-theoretical approach. The object is the finding out of the way to convert all kind of Man machine interactive form used in EMU application and maintenance into batch file sentence, such as menus, dialog boxes, check boxes esc.Second, on the basis of technology design of EMU, systematically analyzing the needs in the onboard trouble shooting and workshop maintenance, such as bogie temperature monitoring?reset function,data downloading in routine check?Service software activiated test and fault finding. Then prepare the batch file respectively. Besides the paper summarizes all the possible problems those may happen in the actual use, and studies the risk control measures.Then the paper tries to generalize it to the CRH380B/380BL/380BG type EMU trains.The First step is to clarify the optimization and upgrading points of the train design. Then the paper evaluates the effects of these changes to the batch file .Then the paper solves the problem at train configuration and gear box monitoring sensor setting changing.Further more, the author discusses about developing the graphical touch screen devices integrating various operating funcitons under the uniform page. It enhances the operation convenience and the log management esc. In addition, the paper discusses the construction of the ground data management and analysis center.The paper is a typical example of the EMU field application and maintenance research.It is certain that it will has a certain value in conquering the EMU maintenance supporting technology by the Chinese depot. For the use of CRH3 platform EMU, the conclusions can directly optimizes the actual operation and maintenance work.
