The development of railway freight transport market situation and development trend are analyzed and summarized, analysis shows that the goods shipped to deadline cannot guarantee is the main cause of the rail freight market weakness, summarized the domestic and foreign transportation organization mode, found that China's current freight organization mode does not adapt to the market demand of transit period, so the paper proposes the freight transport organization concept based on transit period.2.
