Produce a lot of difficult to control dust particles and harmful gas production in the process of the asphalt mixture, when construction of the highway. To do this, HEAVY INDUSTRY SCIENCE and Changsha University of Science and Technology succeeded to declare science and technology key project of the strategic emerging industry of Hunan province—the research and development of the key technology of efficient continuous regeneration asphalt mixing plant.In this paper, the dust removal system design as one of the important technology of science research project, can not directly discharged into the atmosphere of exhaust gas in the process of production, after processing, meet the national discharge standard. Therefore, the whole project has important theoretical and engineering practical value to the design of dust removal system and optimization.This paper design the secondary dust removal system by the first four cyclone tube and second pulse bag filter, and the design calculation, through the study of characteristics of different schemes, consider itself USES the limitation of space, according to the characteristics of the exhaust gas produced according to the drying cylinder exhaust volume and filter design criteria. Dust removal system is the key to the design of the cyclone. Choose one pipe for each of the cyclone tube of the same. By using Fluent software analysis tube pressure, velocity, vortex and inlet airflow trajectory distribution of internal flow field simulation and structure optimization of cyclone. At the entrance at the top of the air flow under the influence of eddy current, along the outer wall of the exhaust pipe down, finally with spin up flow discharge, cause a short circuit flow is the main cause of affecting the dust removal efficiency and pressure loss. According to under the entry at the bottom of the airflow rotating Angle, set down dip Angle will intake pipe, guarantee the air into the apparatus has a certain downward axial velocity, in order to eliminate the influence of theeddy current. To reduce or eliminate the top short circuit flow, improve the level of precipitator dust removal efficiency, reduce the burden of the secondary dust catcher work,prolong its service life. Through simulation comparison, finally it is concluded that under the ideal angle is 15°.In addition, this article also determine the main parameters of the bag filter size, shape of the pipe pressure loss and induced draft fan type selection, these provide a theoretical reference and practical value for the objective of the study. |
