Nonferrous casting is one of those key factors influencing aviation industry. During recent years,nonferrous casting plays a more and more important role in aero-engines with the continuous development of the industry. The topic of how to build an actual quality control system on nonferrous casting of aero-engines to stabilize the quality of nonferrous casting is the right requirement of ensuring the continuous improvement of core competence and brand value in such a sharp competition, an urgent requirement for our national aviation industry development, and also is benefit to improve our nation’s nonferrous casting technology.By researching the quality control of A company nonferrous casting production process, and analyzing the current situation and problems, this thesis builds a quality control system on aero-engine nonferrous casting production, mainly includes the supply and quality assurance of raw material and auxiliary material, the quality control on chill production and use process, on sand mould and core manufacturing,on aluminum and magnesium alloy melting and pouring, on post-processing,and also includes the quality inspection of nonferrous casting production etc. Besides, this thesis analyzes the influencing on nonferrous casting quality by environment temperature and humidity. When it’s overheat, the casting mould’s temperature increases at pouring with the increase of environment temperature, then the casting is easy to get sand hole and air hole.When it’s over-humid, the air release increases by absorbing moisture from environment, then the casting is easy to get air hole. At last, this thesis verifies by examples the efficiency of nonferrous casting quality control system in actual production process.
