A certain type of regulator is Shenyang Aerospace Xinguang Group CO.,LTD military division undertake the mission from China Aerospace Science&Industry Corp.The theory basis of regulator products is design drawings,technical conditions and other related technical indicators.The regulator is an important part of a gas system for high pressure gas cylinders,the combined output of relief,so that the gas pressure flow after decompression,to meet the requirements of fuel system.The regulator has two levels of structure:the first is the plunger type pressure reducer,to adapt to the change of large span flow;two positive diaphragm type pressure reduced,can meet the high precision output requirements.The regulator is made of mainly parts which include the first switch?the second switch?the spring?corrugated diaphragm and locknut etc.The regulator's role is to release pressure and voltage,when the high-pressure gas through the pressure reducer to open and close the valve and a narrow passage is formed between the shell,gas throttled.Throttle pressure decrease,depending on the degree of opening reduction between valve and shell.When the outlet flowing,the opening smaller the pressure drop more.Based on the comprehensive optimization theory,the theme combined traditional method and modern method of mechanical design.Analysis of high pressure gas to withstand the pressure of the working principle of the regulator and the work,to determine the structure?size the strength check of the mainly parts,With the computer aided technology,ABAQUS software of the finite element is used to analysis corrugated diaphragm,which the critical components of two grade pressure reducing system,working process numerical simulation for different load and parameters are analyzed and discussed,a certain theoretical basis for the design of diaphragm will be provided,the original design defect will be avoided,the development cycle of the reducer will be shorten,at last,meet the function of the regulator.For key parts of the reducer part in material selection are described in detail,and analyses the regulator products in the development stage and the first production process failure problem,thus ensuring the batch production of the product.
