Due to the rapid growth of the number of china’s small household,the demanding of mini car is rising, and its development trend is optimistic,quickly became one of the major car market in china.because of its low cost, low fuel consumption,and low pollution,it become popular among the customers.the clutch is a key part of automobile,it ensures the car can smoothly starts, easily shifts and have the function of preventing transmission overload.This paper is on diaphragm spring of fuzzy design,because of the high incidence of micro car clutch failure and troubleshooting of micro car clutch,diaphragm spring and the clutch fault have a certain relationship,so considering the optimization design of structure.firstly the model is established by using the theory of fuzzy mathematics,and the degree of membership is determined and established the constraint conditions,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluated.secondly using the genetic algorithm toolbox to solve this problem and get the parameter.thirdly applied the robust design theory and arranged orthogonal test and used SNR measurement tool to find best combination of parameter of diagram spring.finally the application of finite element analysis verifies the agreement diaphragm spring of micro clutch diaphragm spring after optimized,meanwhile the yield limit and ultimate limit were applied to estimate its S-N curve,using the way of finite element analysis forecasts the fatigue life of diaphragm spring,and the result showed that good effect after optimization of diaphragm spring.Through the processing and analysis of the above series,we can found the better design parameters after a robust optimization design diaphragm springs and help to improve the vehicle performance. |
