Pneumatic disturbance between the missile and its carrier affects the carrier's capability and maneuverability.Accordingly,the load of the hung missile is not only essential to design the hanging and supporting settings,but also influential in its inchoate state,security,accuracy when missiles are departing from the carrier.In the development of aircraft and weapons hung on them,it is essential and necessary for us to develop the hung missile load measurement system,from which we can study and utilize the test technology,also acquire test data to validate and optimize the design of this project.The whole scheme and key techniques of the system of the load measurement system for some type hung missile is studied in this thesis.The thesis proposes detailed practical executing scheme,and the associated research has been carried out.There are three portions in this work.Firstly,the general scheme is proposed.By studying the advanced technologies at home and aboard of the hung missile's load measurement system,as well as the current statuses of this project,we propose the whole scheme of the multi strain-gauge balance system and the associated mechanical principle.Secondly,the strain-gauge balances system is proposed.In this portion,the structure of the load for the balance has been proposed and verified,and the type of the gauge sensor has been selected.Additionally,we propose a method to optimize the resistance cell structure of the strain-gauge balance,which is called"Response surface methodology",which improves the precision of the resistance of the balance system.Thirdly,we study the precision of signal acquisition system of the balance,the chips are chosen and circuit structure has been designed and verified.Hitherto,the load measurement system has been constituted and debugged aground.The test indicates that each guideline reaches the design aim and the load measurement result is accurate and reliable.
