Wind tunnel is an aerodynamic research and aircraft developed by the basic experimental equipment.Load experiment is the most basic in wind tunnel experiment project.Wind tunnel balance is the most important load experiment measuring device,for measuring the effect on the model of aerodynamic load(force and moment)of the size,direction and functional point.Load a lot of technical requirements for the experiment of wind tunnel balance,one of the most important is the requirement of scales with high precision and accuracy.Wind tunnel test,the change of temperature in the wind tunnel test section,the strain balance temperature effect is produced.Strain balance temperature effect has two kinds,one kind is caused by the change of resistance measurement circuit,the zero drift;Another kind is caused by the change of the measuring bridge sensitivity coefficient,lower the sensitivity scales.This paper first gives the balance of the technical requirements,research to determine the general technical route of the system;Then main temperature control system,balance calibration compensation,balance correction formula and verify content are analyzed,and three parts,respectively,to determine the technical route of each part,analyzed the influence on balance calibration data,gives the specific solutions,and completed the debugging.On the basis of extensive research,in-depth study,using the low cost of temperature control scheme,the use of compensation type of back to zero balance in the body axis calibration method,to design a six component strain balance sensitivity,calibration and temperature compensation.Wind tunnel strain of the newly developed scales has completed the design,processing,and pasting work sensitivity,calibration and temperature compensation.Test results show that balance the performance indicators meet the design requirements,temperature compensation for strain sensitivity scales in temperature field data correction is very successful.This to improve the precision of wind tunnel test in our country,the strategy of military and civil aircraft types and high technology development is of great significance.
