| In the iron and steelproduction,both of the quality test of steel tube and the safetest of equipmentin service are very important to ensure the quality reliable of production.Nowadays,in China,most of the steel tube manufacturing plantsstill use the traditional manual testmethod in the production process.Neither the speednor the reliabilityof the test result can reach the expected target easily.In order to improve the information construction in the management of steel tube scar detection,thispaper developeda steel tube scar detection management system,using Java program development language,and B/S structure model,as well as using J2EE as the system development environment.For the background database,it used the technology of Server SQL 2008.Ithadmany functions,such as notch sample management,engraving machine control,steel tubeflaw detection,and report printing,and it could handleallkinds of business process in the quality system.The results showed that the design of the system is successful,andreached the aim of the design.By analysis the statisticsof test data of the steel tube in the the performance of this system,itnot only improved the efficiency of steel tubequality evaluationprocess,but alsorealized the real-time monitoring of this process.The research results had high practical application value and could utilized in all kinds of industrial flaw detection.It is not only a simply computer system,moreover,it is a management platform whichcombining the advanced quality management concept.It build a bridge of computer application,between the enterprise’s comprehensive quality management strategiesand theconcrete implementing.It improved the quality management level of the steel tube enterpriseremarkably and laid a solid foundation for the promotion of scientific and technological progress and the realization of the leap forward development of the enterprise. |
