Environmental Protection Studies On Wanlv Eco-tourism Industry Park Planning Of Heyuan City

Heyuan city,the Hakka settlements center located in Dongjiang River,which is not only an important support of economy and high-grade ecological base in Guangdong Province,but also the center of politics,economy,culture,science and technology trade in the northeast district of Guangdong Province.Recently,the rapidly development of new tourism-based industries has been driving the sustainable prosperity in the local economy,ecology and society.Based on the planning of Heyuan Wanlv Eco-tourism industry,this paper sums up the status of local environment,and analyses the importance environmental impact factors and proposes measures to mitigate ecological impacts.The main researches and results are as follows:1.The area of Wanlv Eco-tourism industry has sufficient environmental capacity with abundant tourism resources and excellent environment on ecological,air and water.2.The study on environmental sensitive point with ecological,air and water environment shows that planned implementation will give changes on the original ecological environment.Optimistically,these changes are governable and acceptable.3.Based on the predicting of environmental risks,the paper introduced risks preventing measures during construction and operation period.The venture analysis shows that environmental risks are governable.4.This paper suggest the environment protections on economical using in the fields of land resources and energy and mitigating the impact on ecology and society.On the basis of the above,we should focus on the following aspects.The First,control the project access of Xinfengjiang reservoir water.The second,reduce the emission from the oil flue waste gas and automobile exhaust.The third,reduce the mechanical equipment noise.The fourth,using solar energy equipment to reduce energy consumption.The fifth,keep soil and water conservation and protection of biological diversity.The environmental protection studies on eco-tourism industry park planning of heyuan city not only provide practical guidance methods on local eco-tourism environmental protections but also establish the theoretical basis on environmental management of eco-tourism development on the future.
