With many of its features such as high speed,punctual,safe and comfortable,the subway can greatly relieve the current traffic congestion pressure,hence gradually becoming an important means of transportation in city transportation network.With the development in recent years,higher standards have been posed on the automation of the subway system.Based on the advanced automation technology in the developed countries in Europe and America,the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Construction jointly released the "GB 50157-2003 Code for Design of Metro".In 2012,the standards were revised under the request from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development.Then "GB50157-2012 Code for Design of Metro" was released.In the standards,the system is named "Building Automatic System(BAS)".The system is build centered on the BAS and connected to the Fire Alarm System(FAS)and the Integrated Supervisory Control System(ISCS)of the station at the same time.During the daily operation of the subway station,BAS can effectively monitor the station environmental devices,in order to achieve the comfort and energy-saving goal.In emergencies,the BAS can realize the emergency control of all the devices within the system and send important feedback information to other systems.This paper takes the BAS of the first phase project of Wuhan Subway Line 2 as its research subject.The main work includes:1.Analyse the design of the BAS on station level,study the specific solution of each subsystem,including ventilation and air conditioning system,water supply and drainage system,automatic elevator/escalator system,low-voltage distribution system,navigation system,civil defense gate system,and complete the hardware design and model selection of each subsystem.2.Based on the Logix PLC of the Rockwell 1756 serie,complete the entire software design of the BAS using the RSlogix5000 serie programming software.It incorporates the main program block(mode control program,PLC communication program with sub-connectors,PLC communication program with IBP,integration of device operation data,manual and automatic control of data integration command,device interlocking program,device timeout program,system diagnose program,device master control program),ISCS operation program block(communication program with MPLC,control command clear program,time checking program,schedule download and reread program),FAS operation program block(FAS communication status program,FAS data)etc.3.Analyse the effects of using enthalpy control and cold water control to improve the station environment.The results show the system designed this way can meet the requirements for actual operation and it effectively improves the automation and operation capabilities of the subway.It offers a practical guidance to the role that subway plays in the urban development and construction.
