| Bogie is a part of the urban rail vehicles,and is one of the core components of the rail vehicles.It’s important on the safety of train operation.With the improvement of the speed of urban rail vehicles and the renewal of the technology,the new model of the rail vehicle bogie is also able to a large range of applications.The frame is the most important part of the bogie,and it is an important part of the walk,also need to bear and transmit all kinds of forces and loads The design of the frame structure has a direct impact on the safety operation and production cost of the railway vehicles.Under the trend of lightweight structure,the safety and reliability of the new structure has become the focus of research.In order to verify the reliability and safety of the structure,it is necessary to analyze the static strength of the new bogie frame.For this purpose,this paper aimed at Metro Line 1,line 2,line 5,line 6,line 7,line 15,line 7,Fangshan,and other vehicle steering frame.On the basis of the vehicle drawing of each subway line,using the 3D modeling software CATIA to model the two different models of urban rail vehicle frame and analyze models with ABAQUS.The load conditions and strength of bogie frame are simulated and analyzed with the general principles of JISE4207 standard and TBT2368-2005 standard,and compared the two kinds of structures of different structures.By analyzing the simulation results,we can find the components of the stress concentration,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing failure and optimizing the structure of the framework.By comparing the simulation results of different structures,it can be found that the lack of architecture design The research results can provide theoretical reference for the new generation of urban rail vehicle architecture design. |
