Road and railway vehicle is a special vehicle,which can run on the road and can run on the track.The road-rail vehicle can be used for rail traction,shunting operations,new line construction and post-maintenance as a rail construction machinery,can also be used for rail cargo transshipment and non-falling bed supporting equipment,is a new cross-border product.In our country,with the development of railway industry and the improvement of industrial system,the introduction and localization of dual-purpose railway technology have been rapid development.But the high cost of transportation and the low efficiency of service is one of the factors restricting the economic development,and the main technical indicators such as the stability and running speed,traction power of the public rail vehicle,as well as the promotion of space,compared to the use of the developed countries,there is still a great market space and application prospects.This paper is based on the background of<the Research on the Driving Device of the Road-rail vehicle>,the designed bogie has to be installed on a specific six axis road car chassis.In view of the design space of the six axle truck chassis,the design scheme of the inner axle suspension bogie is put forward.On this basis,the following research work has been carried out:(1)This paper introduces the research significance and the design requirements of the bogie for the road-rail vehicle.According to the design requirements,the paper puts forward the design scheme of the axle suspension bogie,and designs the frame of the bogie,the wheel and axle box device,the spring damping device,and the basic brake device;(2)The finite element software is used to calculate the finite element model,and the static strength and fatigue strength of the framework are calculated according to the relevant standard;(3)The optimized design model is designed by using the optimization software to set the thickness of the frame as the design variable,the strength of the frame and the vertical deflection of the frame as the constraint condition;(4)Through the modal analysis of the finite element model of the frame,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the frame are obtained;(5)The static strength of the optimized frame is checked.The fatigue analysis process is established by using the fatigue analysis software,and the material information,the time load history and the quasi-static stress of the frame are introduced into the fatigue analysis process,and finally the fatigue life of the frame is obtained.
