As the hub of transportation system,bridge structure plays a very important role in the national economy and in people’s life.In the process of bridge service,due to the influence of the internal factors and external environment,will inevitably produce disease and defects,resulting in the deterioration of the bridge service condition continuously,and people pay more attention to the service performance of the bridge in the future.How to make a scientific assessment of the overall situation of the bridge and reasonable prediction,it has been the top priority of the current bridge management.The traditional bridge management mode is single and inefficient,which can not meet the demand of the current rapid development of bridge construction.This article will use the advanced computer technology to develop a new bridge management system with evaluation and prediction function.The main research contents include:(1)Construction of bridge evaluation system.Based on the technical code of maintenance for city bridge,combined with computer programming,the bridge is divided into 17 components,each of which corresponds to 6 evaluation criteria and 5evaluation levels.When assessing,the weight of each component of the bridge and the possible bridge diseases are given quantitatively,and then according to the disease details of components,determine the scale corresponding to the damage.Finally,the respective weights are multiplied as the result of the evaluation of the component,each member of the comprehensive evaluation results as the evaluation index of comprehensive status of the whole bridge.(2)Study on the prediction model of bridge comprehensive condition.The life of bridge assessment criteria is described in detail,summary the domestic and foreign prediction models of concrete carbonation and corrosion cracking life,and verifiy it by specific engineering example and experimental research.Based on the theory of grey system and regression analysis,the prediction model of bridge comprehensive condition is established and verified by examples.(3)System framework design and database research.In this paper,the system framework is designed as four modules: bridge information management,bridge condition assessment,bridge condition prediction and system management.Using MySQL software to design the database,store all kinds of data of bridge management system needed.The information stored in the system is classified in the form of a list,which is convenient for the system to retrieve the information in the database,solve the system a large amount of data storage and call itself.(4)The design and development of bridge management system.The design of the system adopts B/S mode(Browser/Server mode),using.net technology platform,in the Microsoft Visual Studio software using c# to complete the bridge management system for the development of each function module.The completed system has the following functions: bridge information management 、bridge information query 、bridge comprehensive assessment、bridge condition prediction.At last,the function of the system is introduced in detail and appendix the related programming process.
