Rubber recycled concrete is a new kind of composite material,which is made by adding rubber powder or granule and replacing coarse or coarse aggregate with recycled coarse aggregate.It not only has the advantages of high strength and good durability of ordinary concrete,but also has a great impact on improving the impact resistance,fatigue resistance and toughness of concrete.In recent years,rubber recycled concrete has been deeply studied and widely used.Based on the research of rubber recycled concrete at home and abroad,this paper studies the static and fatigue failure of rubber recycled concrete.The C40 concrete as a benchmark,mechanical properties of modified rubber recycled concrete specimen test,studied the modification methods,dosage of rubber particles on the mechanical behavior of concrete are studied and the failure mechanism.On the fatigue test performance of the modified rubber recycled concrete was performed for the test,analyzes the stress level,modification method,the influence law of rubber particles content on the fatigue performance.Experimental results show that with the improvement of rubber replacement ratio,concrete specimen of the cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,bending strength,elastic modulus and axial compressive strength and mechanical properties showed a trend of decrease,but the deflection,fatigue life and fatigue strain and residual strain is greatly improved;Two kinds of modified method can improve the mechanical properties of concrete,deflection,strain,fatigue life and the soda-wash modification is superior to pickling,but improve the degree of basic within 20%. |
