In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the traffic is a problem to be reckoned with.Accompanied by the emergence of large overloading vehicles and the increasing of traffic volume,overrun overload,overloading traffic become the biggest problems facing the transportation industry.Transportation industry is a typical occupancy of resources and energy consumption industry,China's energy consumption power,then how in the case of energy conservation and emissions reduction,with the lowest energy consumption for high traffic performance and effect has become a hot topic.Will be overloaded throughout the entire research process,this paper relies on hot in place recycling technology,This paper studies on hot in place recycling road asphalt mixture under overload.First,simple introduce the traffic situation at the present stage in China and related regulations,the analysis of pavement system common disease,mainly for deformation,cracks and water damage etc common diseases were analyzed,and the typical pavement mainly from the failure mechanism,development process,overloading of plant disease image analysis,to have a deeper understanding of common diseases,and proposes the corresponding remedial treatment methods,such as maintenance,provide a reference for pavement diseases prevention and control.Then,for a brief introduction of the hot in place recycling technology,and emphatically for mix design research.A brief introduction to the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used three kinds of mixture ratio design method and the difference,choose the Marshall method,combining with the practical engineering of Yingkou mixture ratio design calculation.After that,the road with the performance test and research,mainly rutting test,considering the overload situation,wheel pressure 0.7MPa,0.9MPa,1.1MPa were used respectively to wake the experiment,the results were analyzed,and some other sections of the corresponding experimental data were analyzed.Road with the performance analysis of overloading were pavement mechanics analyses,to the north of the most common application of semi-rigid base pavement Bisar software analysis,step by step according to the axial load of 100 kN,130 kN,160 kN,190 kN and 220 kN,and compares the semi rigid pavement and flexible pavement,according to different axle load and force analysis of the pavement structure design,recommend the pavement structure is presented.Finally for geothermal renewable construction as summary,key construction control indicators for the meticulous research,including renewable dosage,temperature,degree of compaction,rolling speed and so on.Paper main conclusions are as follows.(1)The rut,crack is a common disease,and most exist in the surface,with the increase of load,are more prone to rutting,and rutting appear earlier,especially the zone of the wheel track rut.Cause cracking is the main factors of load and temperature,but also related to pavement material itself,such as the ratio of control is not precise and mineral aggregate gradation design is not reasonable,interlayer cohesive force is insufficient or the lack of strict control of construction will lead to the emergence of the disease.(2)The hot in place recycling materials road performance can meet the requirements of specification,the load increases,the dynamic stability in rapid decline,0.7MPa for 1931,0.9MPa for 1604,until the 1.1MPa reaches 1155 shall meet the requirements of the code,but decreased slightly increased.(3)The mechanical analysis of pavement structure layer can know that with the increase of the depth of the X,Y,Z direction of the force are reduced,with the increase of load,the depth of unified from three directions are on the rise,and is not sensitive to load the Z direction of the force,and with the increase of depth,effect is less than the force of X,Y direction gradually.Recommended for 10cm pavement structure of asphalt concrete surface layer,15cm semi rigid base,15cm+20cm double bottom base structure.
