The technology of cold in-place recycling with Cement has the advantages of low cost, convenient construction, and can be widely used in the old road reconstruction and overhaul engineering. This article relies on Guizhou Province Department of Communications Science and Technology project "Research on the technology application of cold in-place recycling and repeat cold in-place recycling in the Guizhou mountain road", Tongren and Bijie area represented, combines with the projects of Tongren S305 Provincial Highway overhaul and Bijie Prefecture S102、G326 State Road Extension, through laboratory tests, field tests and test road, and conducts researches on the construction craft and quality control of primary and seco ndary cold recycling.Through the indoor experiment to analysis the performance of the old base material physical and mechanical properties of two regions, including the old aggregate gradation and old material and a recycled aggregate gradation situation. Using the test scheme of changing the new material proportion and cement content, through the compaction test and unconfined the compressive strength test, desigh the mix ratio.of each of the two regions. The changing law of the unconfined compressive strength, the cleavage strength and the resilient modulus of the primary recycled mixture is explored.Object to the regeneration grassroots pavement engineering in Tongren area, the paper studies the construction parameters of the cold recycling machine and rolling craft. The impact of the speed of rotor and the speed of the WB525 cold recycling machine for the primary aggregate gradation is tested, and its parameters are determined. Aiming at two 20 T road rollers, the relationship between the rollered times and the degree of compaction under compaction pressure, weak vibration and forced vibration. Objecet to the ordinary road and transit road, four ways and two ways of rolling compaction test are carried out respectively, and the rolling craft of the two kinds of roads are determined. Through paving test road, the primary recycling technique is verified, and put forward the quality control index.Object to the regeneration grassroots pavement engineering in Bijie area, the construction craft of WR2500 S cold recycling machine and rolling technology are surveyed. when the speed of cold recycling machine rotor is arranged in the 110 r/min~140 r/min, the speed of the recycling machine is set to 10 m/min~15 m/min, it meets the requirements of the primary recycling gradation. The rolling technology needs further researched. Through paving the primary test road, regeneration, paving cement craft and rolling crafts are optimized, the rolling process of the 22 T roller + the 25 T roller " in the two section are determined, and the quality control index are put forward. Through field investigation, the secondary cold recycling craft is recommended: the rotor speed of WR2500 S is 150 r/min~170 r/min, speed of the machine is 3 m/min ~5 m/min; rolling craft can refer on the primary cold in-place recycling.Compared with the traditional construction technology, the technology of Cold In-place recycling with cement as stabilizing agent has obvious economic and environmental benefits. The research shows that road base construction of one kilometer, the adoption of cold in-place recycling technology can reduce the cost by more than 200000 yuan, and reduce carbon emissions by more than 4T.
