In recent years,with the consumer on the home mechanical and electrical products quality requirements continue to improve,the product itself and the manufacturing process of vibration and noise control,becomes the focus of research.The use of a specific damping material made of vibration isolation cushion,with obvious effect,low cost,has change lesser on the original design,it is the most commonly used means of vibration and noise reduction.The damping effect of the vibration isolation system is related to the load weight,the vibration amplitude,the vibration frequency,the damping characteristics,the stiffness and the structure of the vibration damping material.This paper is applied to the design method of vibration damping design in the process of specific product development.The aim is to reduce the test workload and obtain the better vibration damping design.So the design of a convenient and quick material testing machine system,mainly on the material damping characteristics,stiffness,structure of the study.And then on the vibration equipment platform for a given load weight,vibration amplitude,vibration frequency conditions under the vibration isolation system to test.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the structural characteristics of the material itself,this paper breaks down the method of obtaining the modal information from the previous hammering method,and uses the step excitation to study the material performance parameters by acquiring the time domain response signal.Among the many parameter identification methods,the logarithmic attenuation method and the Hilbert envelope method are used to estimate the stiffness and damping parameters of the material accurately.At the same time,using the simple harmonic excitation method,the frequency response function of the system is obtained by testing the vibration isolation system,and the half power point bandwidth method is selected to identify the material performance parameters.(2)Based on the National Instruments' software platform and hardware equipment,this paper uses virtual instrument technology to develop software testing system and build data acquisition system.The software testing system is suitable for material performance research and vibration isolation system testing.The software system has the online data collection and analysis and off-line analysis.(3)Different structural materials were studied on the material testing machine and Vibration isolation system testing on vibration equipment platform respectively.The characteristics of stiffness and damping parameters in materials and vibration isolation systems are studied under given structure,load weight,vibration amplitude and vibration frequency.Under certain conditions,it is proved that the vibration model is approximated into the linear model.The linear model is used to understand the actual vibration isolation system and evaluate the vibration reduction effect.At the same time,the damping effect of vibration isolation system studied in this paper can reach 99% in the specific frequency band,which fully reflects the vibration-damping effect of the vibration isolation system.(4)In order to achieve the damping effect of specific frequency and get better vibration reduction program,it is necessary to combine the material performance research and vibration isolation system vibration test,and according to the vibration reduction theory and the measured results of the analysis,the appropriate adjustment of material stiffness and damping parameters.
