Along with the rapid development of modern economic and urban modernization,the influence of ambient vibration on city life and working environment has aroused widepublic concern, which has been listed as one of seven environmental hazards nowadays,and studies have been set out to research the rule of vibration pollution, origin,transmission way and the control method, etc.Machine tools especially precision grinding machines are vulnerable of environmentvibration in working, and the tiny vibration would seriously influence the surfaceprecision of the work piece.As the progress of production and industrial technology, newhigh strength materials were constant used, work environment are more and more complexand even harsh. Through the analysis and vibration-testing of precision grinding machinein working environment, and feedback by certain method, looking for the root causes ofvibration, and effectively suppress and eliminating vibration, which will be largelyimprove the processing performance and product precision of grinding machine.This thesis first gives a general overview of development of vibration signal testingtechnology and vibration isolation of precision grinding machines, and also studies thecollection and pretreatment of vibration signal and signal pretreatment, and thetime-domain analysis and spectrum analysis algorithms by the vibration signalcharacteristics of the precision grinding machines in environment. This thesis studies thetheory of vibration isolation, and focuses on the vibration isolation measures, whichprovides a basis for the follow-up of precision grinding machines vibration isolationresearch. Through the vibration signal acquisition of grinding machine in surroundingenvironment before and after vibration isolation, this topic analyzes kinds of vibrationamplitude domain of excitation source, the frequency domain properties, and the vibrationvelocity, the displacement of amplitude, and then make the grinding vibration isolationdesign by using the measured data. According to the vibration control principle, this paper analyze the effect of vibration grinding machine transfer rate by various related parameters,optimize precision grinding machine isolation measures, so as to realize precision grindingmachine vibration decrease, for the machining accuracy and meet the design requirementsof purpose which are guaranteed.
