Research On Asphalt Pavement Preventive Maintenance Of Zhejiang Expressway

With the increasing of preventive maintenance projects in Zhejiang area,because of the lack of professional standards and uniform standards for preventive maintenance projects,the practical guidance of preventive maintenance technology is not strong.There are some blindness and randomness in engineering application.This article has carried on the related research in this aspect.Based on the research of preventive maintenance at home and abroad,the article summarizes the causes of asphalt pavement diseases and preventive treatment,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing asphalt pavement preventive maintenance in China,then puts forward the suitable principles,evaluation index and standards,disease treatment and preventive maintenance measures for preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement in Zhejiang area.Based on a highway engineering in Zhejiang,the key technology and problem involved in the preventive maintenance are systematically discussed.Through analysis of regional geology,hydrology,traffic volume,frost depth and traffic composition,as well as the original pavement test and performance indicators,the pavement damage causes are determined.Through the study of pavement evaluation index and trigger index system,the preventive maintenance time is determined.Through technical and economic analysis,the preventive maintenance measures are determined.Through the performance curve fitting and analysis,we determine the preventive maintenance section,and put forward reasonable and comprehensive program for preventive maintenance.This paper is mainly on the evaluation method and scheme comparison of asphalt pavement preventive maintenance technology in Zhejiang area,SMA asphalt-10 thin layer hot mix asphalt concrete preventive maintenance technology and the post evaluation method after project implementation.
