As a new type of transport organization,truck-trailer transport owns high organizational efficiency,low operating costs and other favorable characteristics to improve the organization structure,the efficiency of logistics organization and the energy-saving emission reduction.Besides,it also contributes to building a resource-saving and environment-friendly Society to some extent.This paper focuses on the application research of expressway network in Zhejiang Province.Firstly,it summarizes the research status of traditional vehicle optimization and truck-trailer transportation scheduling,and then puts forward three questions about application model,establishment of quantitative model and practical application.Secondly,this paper continues to discuss the development status of the domestic and foreign forms of transport organizations and the application scope of the four main types of transport organizations.Based on the development of highway network and the policy in Zhejiang province,the paper designs a proper truck-trailer transport scheduling and operation mechanisms.Based on the characteristics of expressway network and the circulated transport,the paper establishes mathematical models of the truck-trailer transport scheduling problems with the conditions of "no-time window" and"soft-time window" with the general theoretical significance.Besides,taking advantage of the Mileage Saving Method,the paper designs heuristic algorithm to solve the mathematical model,which is solved from local optimality to global optimal.Finally,the paper takes practice into account with data of "Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou" area,validates the feasibility of the model and gives suggestions based on mathematical models,designed algorithms and experiments.
