A Study On The Change Of Rural Self-built Housing Design In Xiaofeng County Of Anji County Under The Background Of Beautiful Countryside From 1985 To 2015

From the initiation of a rural development program ―beautiful countryside construction in China‖ in 2008,with the requirement of constructing a more beautiful,entrepreneurial,harmony and satisfactory Anji county in Zhejiang province,187 administrative villages in Anji county have completed beautiful rural construction and it is showing a big pattern which every county has its own industry,culture and landscape.Anji pattern is based on the construction of ―beautiful countryside construction in China‖ and has a certain degree of influence within China by creating rural construction model and formatting Anji mode in such trend.Obtaining first-hand information of rural self-built housing current situation in Xiaofeng town in Anji county can make it easier to get the basic rules of rural self-built housing design evolution and to provide reference samples for the theoretical research in the field of self-built residential area.To get self-built housing basic data,author classified the housing for three periods and researched respectively by interview,questionnaire,measurement and photograph recording.From the time dynamic axis ’point of view,rural self-built housing design evolution deserve academically research with collected and analyzed data.By comparing several aspects like layout and elevation modeling,author found the changes of space types,function structure and elevation design,this can be one of resources to conclude the development of self-built housing in rural land.Author analyzed the samples and drew a series of prototypes from self-built housing combining residential lifestyle,the paper aims to outline the construction characteristics and influencing factors of evolution.Based on exploring the construction condition and evolution of self-built housing in Xincun county,the paper tends to conclude vernacular housing construction in rural area is imitated,practical,beautiful and simple.By comprehending the evolution of factors relative to self-built housing construction in latest three decades,such as change of material election and source,cost of construction,design conception and imitation source,author found these factors have affected the formation of self-built housing to a certain extent.
