Study On The Renewal Mode Of Characteristic Urban Blocks Landscape

The characteristic urban blocks landscape is the representative of the charm of the city,which embodies the regional cultural characteristics of the city.With the acceleration of urbanization process,people pay more and more attention to the characteristics of the urban landscape,as the main place of urban life,the landscape of the block has been given more responsibility.Under the background,it is put on the agenda to reform the landscape of the urban characteristic block.Through the transformation of the old block landscape,it makes the block rejuvenated,and continues the urban cultural memory.However,in the current landscape reconstruction of the urban characteristic block,there are some contradictions,such as the lack of integrity of the landscape of the block,the single method of transformation,the lack of dynamic and so on.It needs to enhance the understanding of Urban Blocks landscape renewal and transformation of the relevant city workers,combined with the practice in line with the development of regional characteristic features of the city block landscape renewal mode based on deep mining theory.In this paper,through the field investigation and analysis,literature search for the development of domestic and international characteristics of the street block analysis,basic theory research,case studies at home and abroad,the relevant research results are as follows:(1)The urban blocks landscape transformation theory research most limited in the range of landscape Historic District,according to this limitation,the characteristic of city blocks to expand the scope of reform,to sort out the related concepts,based on the classification system of Urban Blocks landscape characteristics by using a real case to illustrate the classification system;(2)Through the relevant literature and case collection,the current transformation of the landscape pattern of city neighborhood characteristics is divided into creative industry experience,consumption patterns,cultural tourism mode and comprehensive development mode of history,factors and transformation strategies of four kinds of renewal mode analysis,provide the basis for the transformation of the city street landscape features of different types;(3)Through the analysis of the landscape transformation of the old the Bund Ningbo characteristic block,this paper verifies the improvement strategy.The renewal mode of characteristic urban blocks landscape based on the theory and clear thinking,clear theme direction,method to effectively carry out scientific and orderly,and to develop the vision of continuous improvement,organic renewal,and dynamic update of the city features the block landscape expand to long-term development in the future.
